Dilshodbek has more than 25 years of professional experience in project management, business training, and entrepreneurship development within international and donor-funded programs. He has led and coordinated projects implemented in cooperation with UNDP, the EU, USAID, ILO, the World Bank, UNICEF, and government authorities of Uzbekistan and the region.
His areas of expertise include project team management, development of training programs and methodologies, delivery of ToT (Training of Trainers), support to SMEs, youth and women entrepreneurs, as well as monitoring and evaluation of project results.
